Each draw is a free-to-enter prize draw. No purchase is ever necessary and a free entry route is always available. No payment, deposit, subscription, paid account, or holding of any cryptocurrency token or NFT is required to enter or to win, and none of these gives any entry or any advantage in the draw. Because no payment is required to enter, the draw is not a lottery under the Gambling Act 2005 and is not gambling. Nothing in these draws is an investment, financial product, or financial advice.
Each draw opens and closes on the dates shown on the draw page. Entries received after the closing time do not count. We may run draws weekly, monthly or ad-hoc as stated on the site.
You can earn entries for free by completing the free actions listed on the draw page - for example, playing the free Play for Fun games (no wallet and no cost), placing on a free Play-for-Fun leaderboard, or following our official channels. The free entry route carries exactly the same chance of winning as any other route. No purchase, payment, deposit, paid subscription, paid account, or holding of any token or NFT is required to enter or to win. Buying $SSHIB or $PUFF, holding any NFT, or playing the wallet-connected “Compete & Win” game modes does not earn draw entries and does not improve your chances in the draw.
The prize for each draw is described on the draw page (for example, a Super Shiba Inu NFT and/or a Puff Dog NFT). Prizes are awarded as described, are non-transferable and have no cash alternative unless we state otherwise. We may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. Any taxes or charges arising from a prize are the winner's responsibility.
Cryptoasset prizes are volatile and largely unregulated in the UK. Their value can fall as well as rise. They are not covered by the FSCS or the Financial Ombudsman Service.
Winners are selected at random using a publicly verifiable random source (for example, a Solana block hash published at draw time) applied to the list of eligible entries. The seed and method are published so the result can be independently verified. The draw takes place on or shortly after the closing time.
Winners will be notified using the details they entered with, within 7 days of the draw. By entering, you agree that we may publish your winning username, social handle, and/or a truncated wallet address on this website and on our official X accounts to announce and verify results. If a winner does not respond within 14 days, we may redraw. A list of winners is available on request.
We process the personal data you provide only to run the draw, contact winners and announce results, in line with UK GDPR. We do not sell your data. You can request access to or deletion of your data at privacy@prizedraw.vip, subject to our need to keep winner records. See our Privacy Policy.
We will never ask for your seed phrase, private keys, or a payment to release a prize. Only trust announcements from our verified official channels. Anyone doing otherwise is impersonating us.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from participation or from a prize, including loss in the value of any cryptoasset prize. We may cancel, amend or suspend a draw if required (for example, due to circumstances beyond our control or suspected abuse).
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by X, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram or any other platform.
